INSTITUTION BUILDING IN KAZAKHSTAN

In cooperation with Witteveen & Bos (NL), Framian initiated and guided the creation of a professional organization for the fisheries sector in Kazakhstan, with an objective to allow effective dialogue between the governmental institutions and the industry.
